"Все время" ,как по мне, немного сильно сказано. Скажите еще "исконно".
Да Галиция была в составе Австро-Венгрии достаточно длительное время около 146 лет, но не "все время".
Также как и Волынь была в составе Империи всего-лишь около 125 лет.
