Вполне даже синенькая. Хорошие дороги, дешевый общественный транспорт, спокойные дружелюбные люди. Может, не очень богато, но очень чисто (если не лазать по совсем уж задворкам). И везде можно расплатиться карточкой. Даже на полустанке.
