Может не совсем в тему но Хостел в Таллине - Алур в старом город на улице Лай. Все плюсы-кухня,чай,кофе - что позволяет экономить на пропитании и минусы - общий душ, типичного хостела. 20 евро - одноместный. Мне понравилось.
