Мне кажется, как минимум Фару Витовта воссоздать необходимо.
Про пожар и реконструкции историю знаю. Но думаю, что если восстанавливать - то в "польском" варианте 1930-х годов, как самом правдоподобном. Вот например аутентичный костел Витовта в Каунасе, для сравнения:
