Продолжение. Голланцы, а точнее голландские магазины и кафе общедоступные работаю с 12 до 17, в остальное время завтрак, обед и ужин. После 20 в городе не реально найти даже воды в продаже. Все сидят в барах и дринкают за прошедший день.

В 23 часа на улицах никого нет.
