Знаешь, я слышал и то, и другое. Причем по несколько раз. Может быть, это специально так - нет точной информации, в какой из двух колоний это было?

"Белый Лебедь" я, кстати, тоже видел. Но почему-то не впечатлился: кажется, там виден только забор, а не сама территория.
